For six months, our office printer (Model C-3PO, we called it 'The Beast') had developed a personality and a personal vendetta against the marketing department. It would only print in magenta and would jam if you looked at it with disrespect. We were about to perform an exorcism. MBPS sent over a technician named Austin who didn't just fix it, he somehow reasoned with it. It now prints flawlessly. I don't know what they pay Austin, but it's not enough. He is a machine whisperer. Highly recommend for taming sentient and malevolent office equipment.
